An order may be cancelled before shipment by contacting the Seller.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
The Seller is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties.
§6. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract from the date of receipt of the Product.
Withdrawal must be communicated by email.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, returns of opened cosmetic products are not accepted unless the product is defective.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of error or product defect.
